TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Born out of CrossFit and a love for obstacle course racing, our programming and classes incorporate a broad but intentional range of different fitness modalities. Never stagnant, always building. With a strong focus on movements that are both functional and connected to positive longterm health and wellness.

Freedom of movement and increased range of motion helps athletes of all levels enjoy more comfort and unlocks their abilities.

Increased muscular capacity in lifting or other complex movements, helps with coordination and transfers infinitely to other daily tasks and activities.

Your bodies engine is integral to its capacity and needs to be exercised to excel. Working on increasing endurance can improve overall health and training strength across longer time domains helps introduce a unique and important stress to your nervous system.
