TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Born out of CrossFit and a love for obstacle course racing, our programming and classes incorporate a broad but intentional range of different fitness modalities. Never stagnant, always building. With a strong focus on movements that are both functional and connected to positive longterm health and wellness.
OUR CLASSES
We offer a range of classes designed to support our community of athletes across their training journeys. Whether you’re in need of a good ol’ fashion sweat, or need to come catch up on your mobility in our weekly yoga session.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Movements and workouts programmed with longterm health and wellness in mind. The keyword being functional. We believe in movement and body mechanics that reinforce our abilities to move well in the gym as well as in everyday life.
GRIT + ENDURANCE
Helping athletes of all ages return from injuries, surgeries and other life events. Whether you’re looking to regain range of motion or get back to an activity or sport you love. We thrive on helping people bounce back, and feel and be at their best.
BARBELL TECHNIQUE
Whether you’re new to a barbell or just looking to build your skills. This class focuses on the movement standards and helps develop your comfort with olympic lifting, power lifting and the component parts.
